DO WE NEED TO MOVE OUT DURING THE PROJECT?

Our customers are not normally required to move out during their project, 80% of a loft conversion can be completed from the roof access until the staircase is installed. A lot less disruptive than you think.

IS A PARTY WALL AGREEMENT NECESSARY?

Any building work proposed on or near a party wall will usually require a party wall agreement. This is a very simple document that can be downloaded online or provided by us.

IS PLANNING PERMISSION ESSENTIAL ?

Planning permission is usually needed with front elevations or the proposed loft exceeds 50 cubic meters. Most conversions can now be achieved with permitted development.

SHOULD I GET MY OWN ARCHITECT?

We have an in house architect who deals with all our drawings, another thing you don’t have to worry about.
